THE KRUEZER wishes you to note that the University of Nebraska code of conduct is completely separate from the undoubted legality of the act committed by the two wrestlers.
The problem for them is in the definition of "indecent/obscene conduct" although there is a way out of that for them based on the suggestion we have sent them, noted in the paragraph after this one. I quote the Code of Conduct:
"ANY MAJOR DISCIPLINARY PROBLEM - Use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, participation in gambling, or indecent/obscene conduct will result in possible dismissal from the squad based on the decision of the Athletic Dept., Compliance Officer and advisor."
In the Kruezer view, the two college men can argue that they were posing for the pictures sardonically or for parody value. If they are successful with this proposition, the pictures would be taken out of the unprotected "obscenity" category of speech and placed directly into a category of speech that is well-protected by the First Amendment. The First Amendment prohibits the government from improperly interfering with speech, and in this case, the University of Nebraska is a state agent because it is a public school. Accordingly, we believe the two wrestlers could hypothetically sue the school if it takes any disciplinary action against them, and we intend to tell Coach Manning and the wrestlers this directly.
JUST WONDERING...Does anyone think it's strange...
...that the much hyped return of Angel's slut garden website has NO website currently online under that name...not even a placeholder "coming soon" page? Could it be that certain New York City forces are putting the pressure on Angel to pay what he is documented as owing various people, and that he's being very forcefully persuaded to do some profit sharing to pay his debts if and when ASG 2 finally does go online? What major SF studio is HOT under the collar when both their webmaster and their lead editor left the HOUSE in a firestorm??
Allegedly, their lead webmaster was let go after a ruckus with the "Creative Director" and "wife" of the Director/owner. The battle for the soul of the gay video industry continues on a deeper level now that Angel's "filed charges" have been revealed to be nothing more than "unsupported and non-actionable allegations"
My former publicity clients ANGEL SKYE and his boyfriend BRAD STAR came to me in September of last year hungry for attention and publicity as they sought to re-enter the industry after Skye's lackluster D list career and Star's frequent bouts of being in the industry and suddenly retiring from it made him a laughingstock. Desperate to re-launch themselves as A list models, Skye and Star hired me as their publicist, and over the next several months I was successful in making them celebrities in the gay video industry and sought-after models through viral marketing techniques, interviews, and strategically placed gossip in various venues that made "Angel and Brad" a household name. It was understood and agreed from the outset that I was to be compensated financially as well as through periods of personal quality time, as BRAD STAR repeatedly offered me access to his innermost being upon successful marketing of his career and with $6000 help to restore his classic Mitsubishi as mentioned on his now-deleted MySpace page, and ANGEL SKYE offered me the scriptwriting job for the duo's pet project, a hardcore gay version of the Paul Walker movie FAST AND THE FURIOUS with Star in the Walker role. However I was troubled throughout the months of working closely with SKYE and STAR, for despite their frequent calls, IMs, and emails there was a disquieting drumbeat of constant "warnings" and "advice" from a variety of individuals and companies telling me to be wary of the friendship or ethical business activities of the two, claiming they had lied, cheated, stolen and manipulated their way through a number of relationships, personal and business, with themselves always being cast in the role of "victim" when their latest Ponzi scheme finally imploded.
Unfortunately I have learned from bitter experience that ANGEL SKYE's and BRAD STAR's enemies know what they are talking about. I am here to tell you that SKYE and STAR are the worst sort of opportunists, parasites and backstabbers because they feign friendship and business affiliation only so long as they are receiving the financial support and attention they crave. If for any reason you question or criticize them in any way, the mask quickly drops. And if you dare to actually expect them to repay their just debts - even with a written agreement such as witnessed promissory notes in place - they may go so far as to accuse you of "harassment", "stalking", and "extortion" in order to evade repayment and shift the focus as they play the victim card.
This pattern has been repeated for tens of thousands of dollars as documented involving a very kind Fort Lauderdale gentleman who opened his doors to them and funded what he was led to believe was going to be a famous money making website which turned out to be nothing more than a scam in my view, to a sweet young woman enamored of the str8-acting BRAD STAR who is currently owed $800 involving an alleged bad check, to me...the man who resurrected their careers through successful PR and marketing as they greedily took every possible minute of my time and every dollar of support resources, only to viciously turn on me when I asked for my compensation as agreed.
As you can see from the numerous examples below, and my detailing the background and context, the real story does not support SKYE's accusations, and I truly feel sorry for BRAD STAR, far from the brightest bulb on the tree who is being ruthlessly used and manipulated by SKYE in their volcanic and tempestuous relationship until the inevitable day of betrayal and breakup comes, when I have no doubt STAR will come running to me begging for forgiveness and a renewed friendship.
For now, I recommend and advise to everyone in the gay video industry that you do not hire what I allege are malicious liars who will use anyone to get attention for their one co-starring movie and their plans to resurrect the Angel's Slut Garden website now in play, and do not believe a word they or their enablers say as we see them using everything from fabricated MySpace postings to corrupted emails to blatant falsehoods to portray themselves as the victims and part of a just "crusade" in this sad and tragic situation that now threatens to involve the FBI in our industry in a widely cast net intended not only to ensnare me, but many of you as well. The lure of easy money is just too powerful for the corrupt duo in our view, and you now may all consider yourselves duly warned of the vipers you are nursing at your breast, a fallen angel and a tarnished star willing to bring anyone down and make any false accusation in their bid for publicity, money and their 15 minutes of fame.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Don't be taken in by these narcissistic schemers and parasites as we have outlined them all too accurately for you. The battle for the soul of the gay video industry begins.
Rest assured the wheels of justice are turning, and that the truth shall make everyone free.

ANGEL SKYE and BRAD STAR leave the industry for good back in December. Note that the "persecution and sabotage" referred to clearly means people who are NOT on the address list. DAMON is included with the other industry heavyweights. Care to explain this Angel?
ANGEL confesses to DAMON about his "broken marriage" and how BRAD STAR's (Greg) pregnant girlfriend drove STAR right back into Angel's arms. Is this "harassment" Angel or is it a legitimate story about someone who claims to be a "victim" of THE KRUEZER?
Do we see a PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR here people? This Fort Lauderdale man - our good friend - generously opened his house and loaned the duo over $17,000 to open the Angel's Slut Garden website...money that was due back in full on July 31, 2008 per promissory notes that WAS NOT repaid. FACT. Yet Angel now is an enemy to this man and claims he doesn't owe him a thing! The PATTERN is clear in our view: Use 'em and then accuse 'em so Angel and Greg don't have to pay what they owe! But will it work THIS time?
And how are Angel and Greg flying all over the country these days? Not on their dime! Whose? HIDDEN AGENDA!

I'm afraid that the persistent reports I keep receiving about JC ADAMS getting increasingly "forgetful, worried and jealous" are all too true, which is the ONLY possible explanation for such blatant misrepresentation on his part. As for Josh aka SEBASTIAN, I'm willing to do all I can to help him down here, starting with encouraging and advising him to turn himself in to properly deal with the charges lodged against him. I was able to help in the recent case involving Mass. Governor Patrick's aide and the steamroom incident, which has been successfully resolved in the interests of justice.

THE "Harlow and Joe" LOST BOYS Interview Excerpt Most of You Haven't Seen...Until Now
Revealed by DAMON KRUEZER on the eve of the next step in the judiciary process, I can now report that murder defendants HARLOW CUADRA and JOE KEREKES made some statements to me during our phone interview on May 14, 2007 (the day before their arrests for the murder of BRYAN KOCIS) that appear to THE KRUEZER to be major revelations and quite possibly of evidentiary value.
This excerpt concerns FALCON STUDIOS and incarcerated Federal prisoner NICK RICHMOND, former head of Premiere Pictures and the money man behind several videos in the 2002-2003 timeframe, and an apparent "silent" business partner of the late BRYAN KOCIS.
I advised BRYAN KOCIS to immediately sever all ties with Richmond and his associates, if he had them. KOCIS never quite admitted to me that he had such links, but he didn't deny them either. Unfortunately, KOCIS didn't take my advice, and due to a boatload of laundered money being involved, the only thing that was severed was BRYAN's throat.
It seems clear that the nefarious double dealer NICK RICHMOND was very likely a "silent partner" to the late BRYAN KOCIS in 2002-2004 just as he had been to some big L.A. names in 2002.
It also appears that BRYAN KOCIS accepted some VERY LARGE LOANS from Richmond but was unwilling - or unable - to repay them. Richmond is a Federal prisoner on unrelated extortion and money laundering charges, and his Premiere Pictures is superannuated.
THE KRUEZER believes that UNPAID LOANS was the actual basis of the murder of BRYAN KOCIS, and this previously unpublished excerpt from my interview with HARLOW and JOE the day before their arrests for the murder of KOCIS throws significant additional light on what may have transpired - and confims certain impressions we've had about BRENT CORRIGAN.
Herewith the Harlow and Joe interview excerpt, EXCLUSIVELY ON KRUEZER AT NIGHT, from May 14, 2007.
HARLOW: Damon I read parts of Chi Chi's book "MAKING IT BIG" about Joey Stefano, and Joe told me about the rest of it. I don't want to end up like Joey Stefano dude!
DAMON: What do you want, career wise, Harlow, going beyond Boybatter and Norfolk Companions?
HARLOW: I wanna do some vids with FALCON, man. They're the top guys with the big rep, and now that Sean has worked for them, I think the door may be open for me. Who do you know there?
DAMON: Quite a few people and I have my "down low" sources behind the scenes, but tell me what kind of vids do you want to be cast in...regular Falcons, Mustang, or Jocks?
HARLOW: Big name Falcon vids man, only as a top billed star. I can do whatever they want, even kinky stuff.
JOE: Yeah, really nasty piggy stuff if they want him to. Like we saw in some video footage from somebody Harlow's guy got for us.
DAMON: Joe, what footage are you talking about? Who did he visit?
JOE: Can't really say our guy's or the producer's name Damon, but the video footage we pulled is some really heavy duty stuff, totally kinky. I never thought the Big Twink did this stuff, but he did.
DAMON: Are you talking about BRENT CORRIGAN by any chance?
JOE: Not saying yes, not saying no.
HARLOW: Think about it DAMON. Figure it out.
DAMON: Who's interviewing whom? Just kidding! I've come to a conclusion about the "Big Twink" but can't fathom who it was you had visited that you say you "pulled" the video footage from. Details please.
HARLOW: You know the guy that financed some L.A. videos a few years ago, who's now in jail, Damon? Well he's the SAME GUY UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME who worked a lot with BRYAN PHILIPS of COBRA VIDEO back a while ago. Put up TONS of money for Bryan. Not sure if Bryan ever paid it back though!
DAMON: Oh my God...so THAT's how Bryan got so FLUSH so FAST....
HARLOW: Damon we gotta jet right now, we will call you back tomorrow and finish what we were talking about, believe me it's HOT and gonna shake up the industry majorly.
DAMON: All right Harlow, I understand. Call me between 10 - 11 AM please.
HARLOW: OK man will do. Peace out!
THE KRUEZER notes, the next day, May 15, 2007, while out driving, HARLOW and JOE were arrested in Virginia Beach and charged with the murder of BRYAN KOCIS aka BRYAN PHILLIPS. My interview was the very LAST public statement they made.
There is additional UNRELEASED, UNPUBLISHED material from the interview.
